One way to boost traffic, PageRank and therefore sales, is to consistently add related contents to the pages that lead back to your sales letter, for example your blog or article pages.

But many of us won’t have time to write new contents every single week. One quick way to add new, related contents to your article pages is to add “feeds” from other sites.

A feed is provided by other sites, but when inserted on your site, the latest news items from those other sites will appear on your pages automatically. These news items will change periodically, adding new contents to your site consistently. The drawback is that the sites which provide you with the feed will get a small amount of traffic back to their site, but you get freshly updated content in return.

There are basically two types of feeds, RSS (Really Simple Syndication) and JavaScript. RSS is the most popular but it’s tricky to setup. The alternative is a JavaScript feed. You can search for JavaScript feeds on Google or go here for an example: http://www.goarticles.com/js-feeds.html
